  • Our VirtuALL Assistants are classified as independent contractors which completely differs from actual “employees.”

    As a US citizen hiring foreign independent contractors, you are not subject to withhold US taxes from payments made to our VirtuALL Assistants. They are considered as nonresident aliens and are thus responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes in the Philippines.

    To confirm your VirtuALL Assistant’s tax residency, you will need to collect Form W-8BEN from each of your VirtuALL Assistant. This form will help determine their tax status and confirm their non-US citizenship.

SECURITY

  • You have two options for providing your virtual assistant access to your software/tools. The first is by sharing a specific username and password with restricted system access. Alternatively, you can set up a computer in your office with the necessary software and remote desktop software, enabling your VirtuALL Assistant to access it remotely.

    Furthermore, our VirtuALL Assistants operate under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 in the Philippines, a policy which aims to protect the fundamental human right of privacy. You can read more about this act HERE

  • Unlike other agencies, we do not impose NDAs between our VirtuALL Assistants and clients. Instead, we leave it to your discretion whether you wish to implement NDAs or any other confidentiality arrangements directly with your VirtuALL Assistant.
