POSITION: As an Administrative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including paperwork, contracts, filing, and transaction tracking. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our operations. You will report directly to the team, providing regular updates on transaction status and ensuring everyone is informed about next steps and requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing files and maintaining a systematic approach to document management.
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Australian Western Standard Time
SALARY RANGE: USD 800 - 1,100/month (Depending on candidate’s skill and experience; bi-weekly payments)
Duties and Responsibilities :
Handle paperwork, contracts, and filing tasks efficiently and accurately. A person with very high attention to detail is needed for this role.
Track transactions using Asana and Excel, ensuring all details are recorded and updated promptly.
Provide regular status updates to the team, keeping everyone informed about transaction progress and next steps.
Organize files systematically to facilitate easy access and retrieval of documents.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and documentation in electronic formats.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
The individual contractor must possess and have readily available all necessary equipment required to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities effectively. (i.e. computer, stable internet connectivity, and any specialized tools required to perform the task)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documents.
Proficiency in Asana and Excel for transaction tracking and data management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
