POSITION: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Ads Specialist / Media Buyer who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our client’s online advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Social Media Ads campaigns, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have the expertise to drive high ROI through paid media, we want to hear from you.
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
SALARY RANGE: USD 800 - 1,100/month (Depending on candidate’s skill and experience; bi-weekly payments)
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
MUST have proven experience as a Social Media Ads Specialist, PPC Manager, Media Buyer, or similar role in digital marketing.
MUST have strong knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Dedicated to building a long-term career and contributing to the ongoing success of the organization.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Stays updated with industry trends and best practices as an executive support.
Takes initiative to identify tasks that need to be done and execute them without direct orders.
Anticipates the needs of the executive and provides proactive support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Has strong initiative and the ability to start and complete tasks independently.
Manages calendars and schedules for team members, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media Ads strategies to meet business objectives and maximize ROI.
Conduct thorough keyword research and selection to optimize campaign targeting.
Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives for various Social Media Ads campaigns.
Manage and optimize bids for keywords to ensure optimal ad positioning within budget constraints.
Set up, monitor, and adjust Social Media Ads campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
Continuously analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and platform dashboards to identify trends and insights.
Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to determine the most effective elements.
Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Social Media Ads, PPC, and digital advertising.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align Social Media Ads strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
Qualifications :
The individual contractor must possess and have readily available all necessary equipment required to accomplish the tasks and responsibilities effectively. (i.e. computer, stable internet connectivity, and any specialized tools required to perform the task)
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong initiative and the ability to start and complete tasks independently.
